Refund Policy
As services/ products are non- refundable, we do offer the first touch up free on tattoos within 3 months if there is no sign of trauma from outside sources (work related, hobbies, pets and aftercare neglect).
To dispute any issues please contact your service provided immediately and they will ensure the appropriate action is taken based on our policies.
Service Delivery Policy
All services will be delivered to the client upon receiving payment confirmation.
Confidentiality Policy
We will not provide client info to sources other than the local public health unit. Photos will be taken of all services to ensure quality, however if you wish to not have your service posted please alert us and we will respect that. At no time will we give out personal info to other clients.
Design Policy
Designs will not be sent prior to appointment. You have come to us due to recommendations or have liked the work online so please give us the trust that made you seek us out. Minor alterations can be made at the time of appointment, so please have all details sent prior to the day of appointment. This includes everything you wish to have in the design, style, size, etc.
Touch Up Policy
Touch ups are free if done within 3 months. Touch ups will only be free if there is an actual need for the touch up. They must also not show signs of neglect while healing such as picking the area, trauma from animals, hobbies, work, and not following the aftercare instructions. Touch ups will also not be free if you did not sit well during the original appointment. For us to give you the best result, you must sit well. Jumping around and constant movement during the appointments can result in mishaps beyond our control.
